Marwah is one of the main tehsil of district kishtwar.Naturally the marwah tehsil is divided in three parts marwah,warwan and dachhan.The valley is bounded by snow caped mountains which provides the beautiful look to the valley also there is a river flowing through the valley named 'madusudar' branch of the river chenab which originates  probably from china.
